All deposits are non refundable, you may transfer onto a new date subject to a £170 transfer fee. In the event of cancellation, we request that you cancel at least 14 days before a scheduled course. You may cancel by phone, or email. If you do have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account subject to transfer fee if you cancel before the 14 days, we do not offer refunds on any circumstance. You may use these credits towards any future class, within 6 months. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 14 days before, you will lose the payment for the class and no credits will be given. The owner has the only right to be flexible if emergency cancellation is within reason with Dr note or evidence of incident. Deposits and any payments paid are non-refundable for any class or any treatment. If you are late or absent to any day during your course this is your responsibility to catch up in your own time as the class will go ahead without you. We ask you not to use our manuals, information, images or logos to train people, your qualification allows you to teach SPMU brows without the right to copywriting our courses or advertising. We allow 12 months for case studies to be completed. If we believe you are not working safely we may ask you not to continue your case studies and come back in and re sit the course again subject to 50% discount. We are not responsible for any case studies that you do, we do not insure you or give you a licence to practice. You will need to source these requirements yourself. In the event we come to believe that you have stolen from the company or premises (products, tools, paperwork, books, other) you will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will not be given the certification or qualification, if this occurs you will not be invited to return onto any future course. We do not tolerate any form of abuse to any staff members, clients or fellow students, in the event that this takes place you will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will not be given the certification or qualification, if this occurs you will not invited to return onto any future course. The kit provided is a free gift, and does not have any part to play in the monies paid for the course. Once you receive the kit it is your responsibility to take care of the kit, if it is damaged lost or stolen on the course or after the course Bespoke Blush and Brows is not liable. If you receive a machine in you free gift and it is faulty you must return to Bespoke Blush and Brows within 5 days of reporting it faulty as we have to send the machine to the manufacturers within 2 weeks, if you go over the time frame we may not be able to replace the machine
